Messages on the transfer data sub tab
After you have sent the data to Dakosy on the Overview tab, all information will be collected in the Transfer data tab. These information are related to
with the sending (date/time) and
receipt of messages,
responses from customs authorities,
from the Dakosy server/Clearing-Center,
from the terminal
messages that you need to take action in the order.
Error codes and messages for errors that might have occurred during transmission are also displayed on this tab.
Details of the person responsible will be transferred from the customs office in case of a loading stop.

Responses in CargoSoft messages
All status and information from ZAPP that are imported into CargoSoft are automatically directed into the messages, which are located on th left side of the order.
Here you can see the current stauts of your shipments in individual messages.
This message will be transferred to the Dakosy tab → Overview tab. There, it will be available in the chronological history with all responses for this file.
Responses ZAPP/AES in CS Messages:
Response from GM01 with MRN
2020.4: If an MRN is included in the ZAPP response GM01, this will now be listed in the status mail that you can receive from DAKOSY after receiving the corresponding feedback.
In addition, the response with the MRN is processed in the EDI status tab, which can be integrated using the mask editor.
