The first column is used for the multiple selection.
Here you can set multiple checkmarks to interact with multiple shipments at once.

The fast view (or fast entry) of the order file regarding a route can be opened via double click on a selected line.
If no order has been assigned to a route, a mask for the assignment opens.

2

The second column displays the status of the shipments.

3

The third column indicates dangerous goods with a corresponding icon.

4

The fourth column displays a message for possibly available disposition information.
Move your cursor above the icon to show the entire message.

5

The fifth column displays the type of route, whether this is a G-distance (total) or a T-distance (partial route).

6

The sixth column displays the Shipment ID.

The status and colour of the Shipment ID has a specific meaning:

With EDIT ORDER, you can open the assigned order in the normal order entry.

If no order has been assigned, a mask for the assignment opens.
→ Only orders for which the user has the corresponding authorisations can be opened and edited.
Otherwise, the file is displayed in the view mode.

By selecting ASSIGN FILE, you can open the mask for the assignment of the orders. Multiple selection is possible.

With CREATE PICKUP LEG, two T-distances are created for one G-distance.

→ A delivery T-distance and a remaining leg.
→ The G-distance disappears from the overview.

With ALLOCATE FOR PICKUP, you can set the leg section to Pickup for T-distances without sectors.
This is useful for the filter function in the disposition.

With ALLOCATE FOR DELIVERY, you can set the leg section to Delivery for T-distances without sectors.
This is useful for the filter function in the disposition.

Leg sections can be cleared with RESET LEG SECTION.

With CLEAN UP REMAINING LEGS, you can reset already created but not disposed T-distances to a remaining leg.

The T-distances are reset to the last disposed leg.

This is useful if undisposable and unusable constellations appeared due to a large number of modifications and creations of T-distances.

With REMOVE LEG FROM SHIPMENT, you can remove an assigned order from the leg.
→ The Shipment ID is once again displayed in bold.

The leg can be released for other departments with the entry RELEASE FOR DISPO.

With BLOCK DISPO., you can block the leg for other departments.

Using SHOW ALL SHIPMENT LEGS will display all G and T distances of the same Shipment ID, whether disposed or not.

Assign a leg to an order

As soon as you enter a shipment, a G-distance is created.
→ The G-distance is always assigned to the file of the shipment.

T-distances created in the disposition do not have an order assignment.

Double click a shipment or select the local menu entry ASSIGN FILE.

A mask for the leg assignment opens:

Select the item Customer order to assign this leg to the shipment representing the customer order.

Select the item Create a new file to create a new shipment file for the selected shipment.
The current branch and department are used.
→ Every branch can therefore create its own order files for the leg, e.g. for invoicing purposes.

Select Other file to assign the leg to a shipment, which has been involved with the customer order before, e.g. a new file of a previous leg.

The possible files are offered in the dropdown menu of the field File number.

Status of the shipments (Column 2)

The status of the leg displays whether the corresponding leg is released for the disposition or not.

  • If the leg is not released, this is indicated by a red dot. The leg can be moved into a tour for the planning. However, the tour cannot be completed.

  • A green dot indicates that the leg is released. The leg is entirely available for the disposition.

To release a leg for other departments, select the leg and select the local menu entry RELEASE FOR DISPO.

To block a leg for other departments, select the leg and select the local menu entry BLOCK DISPO.

→ The dispo release is usually carried out through releasing the tour.

Dispo-info für leg sections (Column 4)

Dispo infos are texts for information exchange between all involved departments.

Corresponding texts can be recorded if the leg is assigned to an order.

Double click the leg.
The fast view opens.

The lower section of the Dispo-Info tab displays three text fields, each for a leg section.

If you move the cursor above the icon in the disposition, the text of the leg section appears underneath the cursor.

The entries can be done across departments at any time.
