The Tour header data

The following view shows the standard header data mask of a tour:

Description

Tour name

Here you can enter a name for the tour.

This is a free text field and for information only.

The tour name is displayed on the Tour info tab of a shipment.

Order date

The order date is pre-assigned in the creation.

This date is used for saving for the generation of the file number.

Outbound hub

The outbound hub determines in which hub the tour starts.

This is always a required field.

Inbound hub

The inbound hub determines in which hub the tour is to end.

Departure

Here you can deposit the date of the estimated departure.

Arrival

Here you can deposit the date of the estimated arrival.

LD-route

In this field you can indicate the international LD route.

The LD route can be deposited in the basic data.

The LD route serves as a search criterion in the tour compilation.

The content can be entered directly.

This field corresponds to the TRAFFIC AREA in the basic data.

 

SD-route

Here you can enter the national SD route.

This is usually only relevant for a shipment.

Project

Provided that the tour belongs to a project, you can enter the project.

This field can be statistically evaluated.

Dangerous cargo

Please activate the checkbox if this tour includes dangerous goods.

Temperature controlled goods

This symbol  is displayed beneath the checkbox as soon as the checkbox will be activated.   
In the disposition, this symbol also appears in the overview of the tours, the shipments and the area with the routes on the tour.

If an attempt is made to set a route with temperature-controlled goods on a tour without this active checkbox, a message appears. 

Anti friction mats

In this field, you can enter the number of the necessary anti friction mats.

This is for information purposes and can e.g. be printed.

Tension belts

In this field, you can deposit the number of the necessary tension belts.

This is for information purposes and can e.g. be printed.

Tour status

The tour status is a button as well as a display.

The tour status displays whether the tour is still open or has already been closed.

  • If a tour is completed, it is not possible to dispose additional shipments in this tour.

  • An authorisation is necessary to reopen the tour.

  • As soon as the tour is completed, the Fortras interface is activated.

Shipment ID

This field generates an unambiguous (across the entire system) ID for this file.

→ If e.g. this file is sent to a different department via EDI and receives a new file number, the shipment ID always remains the same.

Tour type

Display of the tour type.

→ This is for information only.

Sector

Display of the tour sector. 

→ This is for information only.

Agent (address A1)

Here you can enter

  • the destination agent for export shipments or

  • the delivery agent for import shipments.  

Loading day

Here you can enter the loading day.  

This field also fills the field Start of loading on the Transport tab.

Unloading day

Here you can enter the unloading day.

This field also fills the field Start of unloading on the Transport tab.

Transport co. (address A2)

The transport co. is the company responsible for the actual transport.

This is therefore the carrier.

Vehicle name

Type of the vehicle.

It can be found in the basic data Vehicles in ROAD.

Plate no.

Here you can enter the license no. of the vehicle.

Vehicle/Trailer

Only entries of the basic data Vehicles in ROAD are allowed.

Plate no.

Here you can enter the license no. of the trailer.

Driver

Name of the driver.

Co.driver name

Name of the co-driver.

Swap trailer 1

Here you can enter the 1. swap trailer indicator.

Swap trailer 2

Here you can enter the 2. swap trailer indicator.

Seal 1

First seal number.

Seal 2

Second seal number.
