Field | Function | Example |

Last non US port ( UN Location Code) First US port (UN Location Code) | The two search fields on the left side lead to the search for locations - these are CargoSoft master data codes . The UN location code is entered in the field on the left - the numerical DAKOSY code in the field of the same name on the right. Â | Â |
Last non US port  | Entry of the last European port. Enter the UN location code in the field on the left side and the numeric Dakosy code in the field of the same name on the right side of the mask.

AMS carrier SCAC | Here you enter the SCAC code of the carrier.
The entry on the Statistic tab is pre-assigned once upon entry of an order. There is no synchronization of fields between the B/L tab and the Statistic tab. |

AMS vessel country | Entry of the flag of the vessel, provided that it has been transmitted by the shipowner in the sailing list. The 2-digit country code is filled automatically. Click the following link to determine the flag for every vessel: www.vesseltracking.com. | |
AMS in bond | This is an information for customs authorities about whether the shipment will be transported in bond within the US. Select Yes or No. | |
