Add HAWBs to the MHAWB
Please note that only AWBs from the type HAWB can be added to a MHAWB.
MHAWBs cannot be loaded in MHAWBs.
The search result for Select HAWBs only offers HAWBs for the loading, which have not been added to a Consol or MHAWB.
Select HAWBs
Create AirCargo manifests
Manifests can be created in the MHAWB of all added HAWBs.
This is done as in the Consol via the F6 menu or the Layout tab.
The same reports are used as in the Consol.
Gateway/Truckmanifest
MHAWBs are not loaded in the truck manifest, only HAWBs.
The gateway fields are not available in the MHAWB.
→ Thus, an assignment to the gateway is not possible.
When creating a truck manifest, only HAWBs that have not yet been assigned to a MHAWB or Consol are found.
Exception: Activate the option Assign consolidated HAWB to truck manifest in AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER.
ZAPP Air – Customs clearance
The ZAPP-Air tab is not available in MHAWB files - the login takes place from the HAWB files.
The transport will be sent later from the Consol.
There is NO printing of the MRNS on the MHAWB.
The MRNs from the HAWBs of the MHAWB are transferred to the Consol and printed in the Consol or in the manifest.
Transfer MHAWB to the airline
Only the MHAWB as FHL is sent during the transfer in the case of an existing connection to the airlines.
The HAWBs in the MHAWB are not sent.

Retrieve MHAWB number
In the MHAWB, a MHAWB number is assigned from the number range according to the deposit in the AWB agent.
As in all other AWBs, the assignment is done via the F6 menu.
In addition, the field MAWB no. on the Routing tab is filled with the Consol MAWB number or can be manually entered into a CONSOL before the Consolidation of the MHAWB – as is the case in a HAWB.
As in the HAWB, the Consol MAWB no. is printed in the centre between the MHAWB numbers.
In a HAWB, which has been added to a MHAWB, the AWB number of the MHAWB is taken as the MAWB number:

Assign MHAWB to a consol file
HAWBs and MHAWBs can be added to a consol file (AWB type=Consol).
The search result automatically offers both types.
Convert MHAWB into other AWB type
The MHAWB can be converted into an IATA AWB using the conversion function Open file → Conversion.
Please remove the AWB number from the file first.
The MHAWB cannot be assigned to a Consol.
This IATA AWB can be converted into a HAWB, MAWB or Consol AWB.
Conversion into a MHAWB is NOT possible.
Search for MHAWB files
There are two possibilities to search for MHAWBs:
Search files
Open the file search via File → Open → Button Search or Environment → Airfreight → Search files.
Please select MHAWB in the field AWB Type.
The search result does not contain the AWB type → it can be included as a column in the search result and the layout can be saved → see EDS: Search result.
Statistic in Environment
The Statistic search mask contains the fields AWB Type and B/L/AWB Type.
The MHAWB is generally a House AWB and is thus filtered with the AWB type [House].
An additional limitation can be recorded in the field B/L/AWB Type.
Here you can directly filter by MHAWBs or other AWB types, e.g. only HAWB.
Search for all files of a Consol
All files loaded in a Consol belong to these files – Consol, HAWB, MHAWB, and HAWBs in MHAWB.
The search is conducted by means of the Carrier MAWB number.
Example: Search for Carrier MAWB number 020-0000 1234
The Consol BNC-03160002 contains 3 files. The MHAWB also contains 3 files.

The MAWB number is present in all loading files. This can be used to search the files. In the search for files (dynamic), select the search field Consol MAWB no.
