Loading list

To create a new loading manifest, select loading list in the Consolidation tab→ Manifests sub tab and click on Print or Direct print.

The print preview shows the loading manifest (CargoSoft example).

Your company works with its own lists and reports that may differ from our examples.

Sequence to pre-assign the assignment of containers ↔ sub files

The container or packaging line from the goods description is pre-assigned in the overview mask for the assignment of shipments to the container(s).

Please fill in the goods description before switching to the Consolidation tab Seafreight.

The goods description details are copied to the Consolidation tab, not vice versa.

Manifests

Manifests such as the Cargo Manifest or Freight-Cargo-Manifest and others are generated on the Consolidation tab → Manifests sub tab.

This tab displays your company's individual manifests for order processing.

To print a manifest, select the corresponding line and click the Print or Instant print icon.

Select Send to to send a manifest:

Forms, documents, manifests, etc. can be sent via Send to/Email. For more information, see Send to and Email.
