Versions
The goods description versions are displayed on the left-hand side of the goods description in the explorer bar.
All available versions are:
The versions are explained in detail on the page Versions in the goods description.
Shipment information
Clicking on the version in the Explorer opens the complete, current description of the version in the entry section. The version letter is highlighted in blue.
Click on a package line in the data entry area to select the line. The selected line is highlighted in blue.
The corresponding package line in the explorer is selected as well.
All contents of a version are displayed in the data entry area.
The data for each version and the symbols for recorded dangerous goods data and customs data for the particular level are displayed.
Icons for dangerous goods and customs data
Please make sure that you add the customs and dangerous goods details to the correct version (the version to be transmitted to Dakosy).
If e.g. the H version is available, Dakosy details must be added to the H version since this is the first version to be used for the port document/quay request.
Click on the icon in the explorer to access these data.

Unfold/close version
A Plus/Minus button next to the version indicates that the goods description version is filled.
Click on the button to unfold or close the version.
This button also indicates that a goods description is available.
If the filled version is opened, click on the level button to unfold or close the 2nd level.
