Shipment tab in Portbase export

Select the document type from the dropdown list.

Enter the MRN in the field Document number (MRN). 
The Document number is required. 

• The MRN is verified for the following documents: EX, CO, EU, TT1, RT1, TT2, RT2.

• No plausibility check is performed for the following documents: ICT, IM7, AAD, RAR, TAR, TIR-R, TIR-D, REX, RT5, TT5, ATA, TNK

MRN number check:
When you enter the MRN number into a Portbase order, the system checks whether the MRN has already been used in another order.
If this is the case, the MRN cannot be used again.

MRN after cancelation of a Portbase order:
After you cancel a Portbase order, the MRN is released and can be used again.

The field Status messages to is pre-assigned with the current login.

This field may be edited.
The system will verify the login if you make manual changes.

→ The user entered in this field will receive the email status messages from Portbase.

Here you can enter an alternative email recipient.

The gross weight is automatically filled through the file details.
