Take over container data from the order

To access the containers of the goods description, select context menu → Copy goods description from….

Select the desired containers (CTRL key and mouse click) to copy them to the Portbase application.

The gross weight is displayed in sum on the Shipment tab.

Selection of a container

Field Equipment/Container no.

2020.4: You can enter and send the container number, vehicle numbers, license plates and trailer numbers with a length of up to 17 characters.

The name of this field has been adapted accordingly to Equipment/Container no.

If you manually enter container numbers, the system will check whether they are correct.

The value is unformatted after having been copied from the goods description.

Field Known booking

The field Known booking is filled with the arrival of the status [0] – [Export shipment not (completely) arrived].
Portbase sends Yes or No:

  • Yes → [green] icon

  • No → [red] icon
