A container goods description is generated for the entered consol container.

This function ONLY applies to consolidated containers - in a consolidated B/L NO goods description is created for containers.

Sum up 2. level into 1. level

Weight and volume of level 2 are summed up and entered in level 1.

Load seal no. into 1st level in field 'marks'

The seal numbers of a container (up to 3) are entered in level 1 in the following free Marks fields.

Link Container tab: Seal numbers can automatically be accepted into the Marks field of the goods description.

Load seal no. into 2nd level in field 'marks'

The seal numbers of a container (up to 3) are entered in level 2 in the following free Marks fields.

If there are package lines on level 2, the seal numbers are inserted above on level 2. The existing package lines are moved downwards.
Recorded marks are also moved downwards.

All data remain unchanged.

Transmission to the agent:
The structured seal numbers are transmitted from CargoSoft to the agents via interface (B/L transmission).

Since not all agents are able to receive the seal numbers from the designated fields, the seal numbers are additionally entered in the goods description. Numbers as well as all texts must be entered in level 2 for the transmission.

Link Container tab: Seal numbers can be copied automatically into the Marks column of the goods description.

Copy container

This command is only available for containers.

You can only copy one container at a time. The container numbers in the copied dataset (eaware_t.zeichen and eawarecont_t.container_nr) are initialized with a hyphen.

New container numbers must be entered manually. All corresponding tables are copied (customs, dangerous goods, etc.). Addresses or texts and all commodity lines recorded in the container (level 2) are also copied.

After copying, the copied container will be the current dataset.

Load original layout

Reset the layout to the CargoSoft standard layout.

Please ensure that the goods description has not yet been entered when you use this command.

Otherwise certain entries may be displaced. This is usually resolved when you restart the program.

Save layout

Columns in the data entry area of the goods description can be moved, expanded or reduced.
This layout will remain unchanged for the user (login) after you save.
