External archiving systems
Files that are saved in the eFile can also be transferred to audit-proof archiving systems such as ELO or d.3.
That means a file remains in the eFile of a file as usual and a copy of the file is also created in an additional archive system.
The check-in of ELO and d.3 files is controlled via the pre-allocation program in the basic data.
For this purpose, a default must be selected in the form category.
The corresponding form category must then be stored in the form.
