The Overview tab opens first. This tab displays the basic information of the haulage.

The number on the left displays the number of transports that have already been created.

Provided that multiple transports have been recorded in one file, you switch between the transports by clicking on the respective numbers.

Haulage type

 

Select the haulage type in order to create the transport.

  • General

  • Post carriage

  • Pre carriage

Fields in the header data

Fill all fields in accordance with the order that is to be created.

The fields consisting of two consecutive fields contain the code in the first field, which must be recorded in the basic data, and the description in the second field.

The second field may be filled manually. (Exception: mode of transport)

 

Mode of transport

This field must be filled before the manifest can be printed!

Loading/Unloading place

The two address fields in the mask are either both emtpy or are pre-assigned with certain addresses.
This depends on the way you usually use addresses and which preallocations therefore exist in the basic data.

Addresses in the order are pre-assigned according to basic data settings.
Select the local menu item Preallocation addresses to see the basic data settings and make changes.

The account type is pre-assigned according to the setting in BASIC DATA → GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → SPECIALS → Account types General.

Add transports

Open the context menu on the Overview tab and select the item Add line/Insert line.

The command Add line/Insert line adds/inserts an empty dataset on the same tab.

Click on the numbers to switch between the transports and access the different documents and sub tabs of the respective orders.

Copy transports

Select the command Copy line to copy the entire selected dataset and insert the next consecurive transport number. 

Remove transports

Click Delete line to remove the selected transport order.
Place your cursor at an yplace within the order; this order is selected.
