HBL with CA ACI OK status is to be loaded in another consol container

CLOSE not yet sent in current consol container

1. Remove HBL from consol file

2. Add HBL to new Consol, change the Previous CCN (new B/L number)

3. Send HBL ACI
   There is no need to cancel the HBL.

CLOSE in current consol container is already send

1. Cancel CLOSE

2. Remove HBL from Consol and assign to new Consol

3. Send HBL ACI in the new Consol with new Previous CCN (and Close in new Consol)

4. Send CLOSE for Consol, from which the HBL has been removed (new Close without removed HBL)

Note 1: If the HBL is assigned to a new Consol container without first canceling the CLOSE, it will be assigned to the new manifest in the portal.
But before the close of the new Consol can be sent, the old one must be canceled. Otherwise there will be error Y55 (1 HBL cannot exist under 2 Close messages).

Note 2: If a HBL has been removed from a Consol container, the CLOSE can be resent immediately.
The CLOSE status of the removed HBL remains CL:Cancel accepted (pls see image below).
The HBL must subsequently be added to another consol container.

A HBL is to be loaded in a consolidated container where a CLOSE OK is already received:

• Add HBL to consol container

• Send HBL ACI

• Cancel Close

• Send Close

Order cancellation

A HBL is no longer to be loaded (order cancellation):

• Cancel Clos

• Cancel HBL ACI 

• Remove HBL from consol container

• Send close of the consol containerSaCo from which the HBL was removed. New close without the removed HBL.

Note: An HBL ACI can only be cancelled if the Close message has been cancelled beforehand.

Convert B2B to HBL and load in Consol

A B2B with CA ACI OK and CLOSE OK is to be converted into a HBL and loaded into a Consol container:

• Cancel Close and wait for OK

• Convert B2B to HBL 

• Add HBL to a Consol and change Previous CCN 

• Send HBL ACI 

• No cancellation required
