Basic data

Copy and split in COMPANY

Copy Seafreight file → Copy B/L data

COMPANY → COPY AND SPLIT → Accept B/L data

Activate the checkbox Accept B/L data so that this checkbox is preset when copying a Seafreight file.

Checkbox Accept B/L data and AMS/ACI

COMPANY → COPY AND SPLIT → incl. AMS/ACI

When copying a file, the AMS and ACI tabs are completely not copied.

Activate the checkbox incl. AMS/ACI so that this checkbox is preset when copying a file.

This enables the transfer of the B/L data including AMS/ACI information when copying and splitting.

If the checkbox Accept B/L data has been selected, the checkbox incl. AMS/ACI can also be activated.

It is not possible to select only the AMS/ACI field.
It is the same in the order.

Copy file in Seafreight order

Check boxes B/L data and AMS/ACI

In a new file, the SCAC code from the Statistics tab is preassigned (if filled there) and entered in the B/L tab.
