Field	Entry	Presetting and usage
Carrier	Carrier code of the shipping line who ships the container and issues the Ocean BL. Please note the article when loading via an NVOCC → Loading shipment with an NVOCC → field carrier.	Probably one of the addresses A1 to A9 in your order. → ACI tab in B/L tab - field description → Carrier
Forwarder	Your forwarder ACI code - 4 digits - starting with an 8.	Stored in basic data DAKOSY in COMPANY. → ACI tab in B/L tab - field description → Forwarder
Primary CCN	The primary consists of the carrier code (the actual shipping line) + OBL number. The primary CCN connects all HBLs and is also used for HBL transmission.	The explanations for the Primary and Previous CCN can be found on the pages for the topics for which they are required. File ACI Consolidation container Loading a shipment with an NVOCC The values are always re-assigned if the fields are empty! They are emptied when copying (even if the checkbox incl. ACI is activated). You can also empty the fields manually and after a tab change they will be pre-assigned.
Previous CCN	The previous is identical, unless the loading takes place with an NVOCC, in which case it must be changed by the user! to the NVOCC Carrier Code + BL-No. of the NVOCC. Pls note → Loading a shipment with an NVOCC.
Amendmentcode for the CLOSE MESSAGE	On this tab the amendment code for the Close message is located. Choose one of the reasons listed in the drop-down list IF the goods are already in Canada and a change needs to be sent.

Preassignment of the fields Primary and Previous CCN

These two numbers - Cargo Control Number - are identical or different depending on the type of loading/co-loading.

The numbers are made up of the 4-digit carrier code, which is named as the first field on the left, to which the OBL number from the B/L → Instructions tab is attached.

Send Amendment ACI closing	ACI Closing Amendment will be sent for the main file.
Cancel ACI closing	ACI Closing will be canceled for the main file.

Open file	Open the file at the cursor's position.
Match ACI data in consolidation files	The ACI details of the consol are entered in the individual files.
