Copy and split in COMPANY

When you copy or split an HB/L file, the field Seafreight Gateway is either included or not.

This depends on the corresponding settings in the basic data program Copy and split.

• If the fields are active, the field will be copied when you copy or split. 

• If the fields are not active, the field is pre-assigned a new according to the preallocation setting (preallocation of a gateway in HBL files)
  

When copying an airfreight export file it can be decided if the checkbox Copy ACI should be preset/activated when creating a new position.

Pre-assignment for copying/splitting whether documents from the eFile should also be copied.
Activates the checkbox:

Enables the acceptance of B/L data when you copy and split into a new file.

The checkbox Copy B/L data is pre-assigned (activated) accordingly upon creating a new file.

Enables the acceptance of B/L data INCLUDING the AMS/ACI information when you copy or split a file.

→ The checkmust MUST be activated in combination with the checkbox Accept B/L data. Activating this checkbox alone is not possible.

The checkboxes Copy B/L data and incl. AMS/ACI are pre-assigned (activated) accordingly upon creating a new file.

If the checkbox Accept B/L data was selected, the checkbox incl. AMS/ACI can also be activated.

• It is not possible to select only the AMS/ACI field.

• The same applies to the order.

• If the fields are not active, the field is pre-assigned anew according to the preallocation setting (preallocation of a gateway in HBL files).

When splitting files into B/L type XXX, the file number can be transferred into field HB/L / HAWB No.

Basic data settings: Additionally the code 1 ‑  set file number must be set in Branches in COMPANY → field HB/L number.
