Export consol

When searching for HB/L files for an export consol file (Consolidation tab), the system distinguishes between gateway and non-gateway branches.

In a gateway branch the search covers all HB/L files (for B/Ls with B/L type HBL) from all branches. The preallocation of the branch in the search mask can be configured.

  • The gateway branch searches without limiting the branch.

  • Other branches only search for HBLs of the own branch.

  • The gateway branch only searches for shipments that have been booked at the gateway.

  • Accordingly, the other branches search for shipments that are not booked at the gateway.

The required basic data settings for the consol search mask are the following:

To assign the HB/Ls, use the field File no. for container assignment on the Consolidation tab and open the search with double click or F2:
The search mask for HB/L files opens (files that were entered with B/L type HBL - no other B/L types).

The field Gateway displays the branch that was defined as gateway and that is the current branch of the user.

Import consol

The settings mentioned above are currently not applicable to the import sector.

Open the search mask with the branch as one of the search criteria.

The field Gateway remains empty. It currently does not have a function (yet) in the import sector.
