Change booking depent on the status

Unlock file on the Search tab

The status changes to FREE.

Now select the Edit tab.

The entry Send booking is available in the context menu of the Edit tab.

It will be activated after the above function has been carried out.

The status will be changed to FREE.	→	Bookings with status NEW/FREE can be sent via the context menu.
You can send your booking again After you have received the DAKOSY ACCEPTED message	→ →	... as long as the status DAKOSY ACCEPTED is not yet displayed. For example you received a DAKOSY ERROR, simply correct your booking and resend. ... you will be unable to send until the status of the carrier becomes available.
After receiving a positive response from the carrier such as CARRIER ACCEPTED - BOOKING CONFIRMED	→	… an UPDATE can be sent. To do this, the booking must first be activated via the context menu entry. Make the desired changes and submit the booking.
The booking was rejected by the carrier with the message CARRIER ACCEPTED - DECLINE	→	… sending an update is not possible. A new booking must be created and sent from the order.
The booking is blocked for entry	→	... if it is IN TRANSMISSION or has the status SENT.
