Address block

In basic data Address blocks in ADDRESSES you can create and save address blocks with a maximum of 4 addresses and reference numbers each.
With this command in B/L tab → Header data → context menu you can select existing address blocks for the B/L.

The CargoSoft search mask appears. Here you can search for recorded address blocks with name and description as well as individual addresses.

The Search result tab displays the selected address blocks with its title and the address details.
The selected address block is accepted in its entirety into the header data of the B/L.

The address blocks should be assigned with names and codes to allow better identification of certain business relations.

Refresh addresses

The 4 addresses entered in the B/L are automatically replaced by the first 4 addresses in Order → Header data.
This change does not affect any other address fields in the order.

OB/L ↔ HB/L (B2B function)

The main tab B/L → Header data tab provides two functions for the back-to-back function.

The user first selects a House B/L upon file entry:

Delete Ocean

In the following step, switch between the B/L types House and Ocean to enter different addresses for both types.

The command Delete Ocean does not appear in the context menu of the B/L tab → Header data  until a B2B has been created:

After you select this function, the program issues a security query that you can either accept or reject.

The back-to-back function is only available for the B/L type House.
