Print

You can open the Print preview for the the B/L on the B/L tab → Instructions tab via File → Print. Print the B/L on the printer recorded in the basic data via File → Instant print.

Print and email from the Consolidation tab

You also have the option to print or email all B/Ls from all HBL/sub files in a Consol/- container file from the Consolidation tab Seafreight.

Cancel B/L

The following applies to the Dakosy B/L transmission: A B/L is canceled in the BL tab → B/L transmission tab.

Open

The B/L cannot be canceled until it has been sent.

• If the B/L is still in transmission, the system will issue a corresponding warning.

After you have canceled the B/L, send date and time of the request as well as retrieval date and time of the Dakosy server will be displayed in the line next to the Cancel button.

History sub tab

The same data are displayed on the History tab in Send B/L.
