The information message displayed below gives reference to this circumstance. Here you can decide whether or not you would still like to accept the address into the order:

YES

If you confirm with YES, the system first checks whether you possess the required authorizations. If so, the data are accepted without further notification.

NO

The respective entry field is cleared and the order entry cannot be resumed. If you do not possess the required authorization, the release must be made by an authorized employee.
This requires the entry of the CargoSoft login and password.

If the entry is successful, the address is accepted into the order.

If the entry is not successful because the authorizations are not sufficient, the following message appears.

The address entry is canceled after you confirm with OK.

Open items scale

If you have set up an open items scale, a similar message appears, giving reference to the fact that the release authorizations are not sufficient.
