Function in the order

Basic data settings for status QMA

You can make new entries in the basic data at ADMIN → CS ADMIN → CS CODES.

• Use type QMA for the reason for complaint. The code is QMA**.

• Use type QMB for the source of error. The code is QMB**.

• Use the type QMR for the root cause. The code is QMR**.

  • „** “ stands for the numbering, e.g. QMA01 for the first entry .

In the header data you can import addresses from the address basic data for the customer and cause.

The first five lines of the goods description are accepted from the file. The goods description can be modified as necessary.

The goods description is followed by two additional dropdown menus for Status and Result.

You can make new entries in the basic data as mentioned above.

• Select type QMS for the status. The code is QMS**.

• Select type QMC for the result. The code is QMC**.
