AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER → General tab
Activate the release function
Open the menu AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER in the basic data.
Open the branch(es) that ought to work with this method.
Activate the checkbox Consol flight schedule: Use release function located on the General tab.
ADMIN → EDI → EDI partnerÂ
Clients tab
An EDI partner is required if you would like to release flight lines to other clients or partner forwarders.
Flight lines are transfered via interface.
CargoSoft generates an XML file - this file is transmitted to the shipping.
Open the master data program EDI partner in ADMIN in ADMIN and enter the EDI partner.
Certain required fields need to be filled before you can save the new partner.
The lines on these tabs are not necessary for this purpose and can thus be deleted with the right mouse key.
The only tab that must be filled is the Clients tab.
Enter your client and EDI function = CF on the Clients tab so that the release selection box in the consol flight plan only offers those EDI partners for selection that are to receive flight plans.
Contact person tab
If the EDI partner is to be a client in your database, the EDI partner must contain the entry of the client in which the interface is to import the sent flight plan.
Fill the Client field in Presettings recipient on the Contact person tab.
