Activate quotations as a program

Open the Specials tab in the general company parameters.

The Quotations/Use ECM field must NOT be activated:

Info: Instead of the quotation you can also use the program ECM im TMS.

ADMIN → NUMBER RANGES

The entry of a quotation requires a number range.

The number range ADROFFKO is already available if the quotation function has already been used in the basic data.

Otherwise you need to create a yearly number range in basic data Number ranges in ADMIN with code ADROFFKO.

ADMIN → REPORTS/FORMS

Configure forms

Forms ADROFFKO and OPROFILE are recorded as standard forms.

• The form ADROFFKO is used for the quotation,

• the form OPROFILE also contains the instructions for a quotation.

The report layouts can be customized (subject to charge).

To integrate your own reports into the quotation,

• enter Prg ID2 = OF in basic data ADMIN → REPORTS and

• enter category = OF in ADMIN → FORMS.

The forms appear on the Forms tab in the quotation.

The printer settings are made in the basic data Forms in Forms in ADMIN.
