Create number range

Create a number range for the address number in ADMIN → NUMBER RANGES in order to enter addresses.
The number range must be entered with year and month [0] as well as the departments [Dummy].

This number range must be entered in basic data COMPANY → COMPLIANCE.

Since the basic data for persons consider the basic data for clients from the general company parameters and since the latter is oftentimes set to function across clients (000), you can only create one number range for all clients.

This number range must be entered identically in the Compliance basic data and all clients.

New or modified addresses are automatically sent to the Compliance server upon saving.

Context menu in basic data Persons

The local menu command Check addresses for compliance can be used to manually send addresses to the compliance server.
Select the datasets you would like to send by activating the relevant checkboxes.

The Compliance server returns the hit probability percentage.
This value is automatically entered into the relevant address.

The Compliance check for the menu PERSONS is part of the general Compliance interface of the addresses.
