ADDRESSES → ADDRESSES → Services tab

Authorization object: ADRSERVICES
Deposit these service types in the address basic data.

This authorization enables a Services tab in the TMS address.
The services are saved with mode, code, and optionally with description and IATA code.

The checkbox Default can be activated for a service per mode. (Used for preallocations in the order).

The service types and the address are transferred to ECM and assigned via the address exporter interface.

A change on the Services tab triggers the export of the address (if this address has the classification GLA).

This field must be integrated into the order mask or service order mask via the maskeditor in order for you to be able to use purchase services and rate determination from ECM in the order.

Truck manifest

The search mask provides access to the basic data.

By default, the system searches for services of the service provider in the Services tab in the order→ And for services of the trucker in the truck manifest.

The result in the order shows services of the addresses with qualifier SVC.

If there are no services for the address in the field SVC or if the address in the order is not filled, services of the address with qualifier CAR are suggested instead.

Airfreight export

Here, the address is determined through the GSA.

If there are no services for the GSA or if the GSA is not entered in the order, the address is determined through the carrier basic data → the carrier is entered on the AWB Main tab.

In the Carrier basic data, the system searches for the address deposited for carrier and suggests the services from this address.

This therefore requires that the carrier addresses are entered as addresses in CargoSoft.

If you enter an address with qualifier CAR in the order, the service with the activated checkbox is automatically entered into the field Purchase service, provided that it is still empty.

In the Airfreight, the carrier address is determined by means of the carrier entered in the AWB Main tab.

If you subsequently enter a service provider (address with qualifier SVC) or a GSA or if you change the carrier, the data are not updated automatically.

In this case the purchase service must be changed manually (if necessary).

This is because the value for the purchase service may have been filled through an interface. This value always takes priority.
