Technical name / Hazard inducer | When you create a booking from an existing order the technical data from lines 1 and 2 from the Dangerous goods tab are accepted into the Oceanbooking and pre-assigned accordingly. The two fields Hazard inducer are preassigned from the dangerous goods tab of the order. Since the number of characters of the fields in the booking is longer than in the order, the values from the order are combined in the booking in the 1st line for Hazard inducer. In the transfer, the two fields are considered in element PROPER_DGS_SHIPPING_NAME. The fields Technical name 1 + 2 as well as Hazard inducer 1 + 2 are transmitted in one field, as long as the sum of all characters is less than 512 characters. |
Emergency Contact | When you create a booking from an existing order the fields Emergency Contact, Phone and Flash point are pre-assigned in the booking. They must be entered on the Dangerous goods tab on shipment level in the order. These dangerous goods details are transmitted along with the booking. |
