Create quotation

If you select the entry Create quotation in the Overview sub-tab, the view changes to the Quotations sub-tab.

In these fields you enter the details for the new quote.

Print quotation / Send quotation by email

Quotations can be printed or sent by email via the context menu on the Overview sub tab.

Requirements:

  • A report must be recorded. This record has a fixed format. Details can be added to the report with the other sub tabs.

  • A yearly number range with code ADROFFKO is available.

Send quotation by email

This command opens the CargoSoft mailing program.

The quotation is attached as a .pdf file.

Work with the mailing program as known in CargoSoft → Email.
