The CargoSoft CargoCom is versatile and can do the following:

• Automatic document printing

• Fixed printer allocation possible

• Automatic filing of documents in the CargoSoft eFile (ATLAS Import sales tax notification, invoices etc.)

• Automatic mailing processes

• Automated billing possible (from the data of the TMS calculation tab)

• Connection of scanners/MDE devices

• Automatic filing of Import sales tax notification (CUSTAX message) or decisions (CURREL) in the eFile

• Automatic printing of ATLAS confirmations and Import sales tax notification and other ATLAS confirmations

• Automatic mail of Import sales tax notifications to the customer

• Automatic printing and mailing of an invoice with Customs and VAT duties incl. attachments to customers

Archiving processes:

• Automatic posting of vouchers that have been read in via EDI interface

• Automatic filing of vouchers in a DMS
