In the basic data you can also assign authorization profiles to employees.

Create profile

The profile numbers can be entered freely.

Assigning rights

To activate an object, all checkboxes for Create, Edit, Print and Display should be set.

Profiles in the employee basic data

The authorization profiles are assigned to each employee in the master data.

Select the Profiles/Traffic areas tab in EMPLOYEES in the employee.

New lines can be added via the context menu using Insert/Add line.
