In the quotation sub-tab the mode, sector, main and sub-department can be narrowed down.

All fields can be used for printing or info.

In the new report, the quotation number, the validity period and the contact person are stored.

Text module opening

The text module that can be stored ADMIN → TEXT MODULE with type O (for offer) has been stored as text module Address and closing text.

Comment

The first line of the comment is displayed in the overview page as a reference.

This line and comment line 2-4 will be used as title in the report.

Remark

The Comment field is displayed in the report before the final text is dragged over the Condition text module.

If this is left empty, the range will be suppressed in the report.
