When using the CargoSoft email application, the email addresses are pre-assigned provided that the address is entered in the order.

Qualifier

The qualifier is currently used

  • to determine the email address for the automatic email dispatch of the ATLAS receivable as well as

  • to determine the contact partners for B/L and AWB transmission.

→ The entry in the field Qualifier comes from basic data ADMIN → CSADMIN → CS CODES EXT and must be recorded as follows:

    TYPE = EMAILTAG   
    QUALIFIER = adrpartner_t

Print address label

Activate if contact persons are to be printed on address labels.

Retired

If this field is activated, this contact person cannot be selected in the order.

Contact persons are also no longer selectable if the address is blocked.
When blocking the address (adr_t.kz_historie = J), the field adrpartner_t.pa_locked in the database is set to J.

As soon as the address is released, contact persons can be selected once again, provided that the Retired checkbox is not activated.

    This tab shows when the dataset has been created and/or changed.

  • Mailing
