The Specials tab in the General Company Parameter contains the section Internal Dangerous goods process.

Field	Meaning

Active	If this checkbox is activated, the restrictive dangerous goods entry is active.
Referee email to	Enter one or more logins of the dangerous goods representative(s) that check your dangerous goods requests.
Email sent to dangerous goods representative	If the status Email sent to dangerous goods representative is set in the order, all entered logins will receive an email about the files.

ADMIN → AUTHORIZATION OBJECTS

The Authorization objects for the dangerous goods representative is GFGUTREF.

Add this authorization object to the login(s) that assume the position of dangerous goods representative.

The employee does not require a specific authorization object.

ADMIN → CS ADMIN → CS OBJECT

The statuses that are used on the Info tab in the order must be recorded in CS object.

Their names are identical to those of the authorization objects.

Maintenance of status types for the employee and/or the dangerous goods representative.

The statuses for the dangerous goods representative have an additional authorization checkmark.

Only the dangerous goods representative is able to select the status types for the dangerous goods representative.

For the employee

Email sent to dangerous goods safety advisor

If this status is set, all logins entered in the General Company Parameter will receive an email about the file that contains dangerous goods needing to be checked.

This status type does not require an authorization.

For the dangerous goods representative

GFSPZFFV Dangerous goods safety advisor denied approval	If the dangerous goods have been entered incorrectly, the dangerous goods representative can either correct these entries himself or have the employee make the necessary corrections. This status is set if the latter applies. The user who entered the file receives an email that the file has not been released.
GFSPZFRF Dangerous goods approved by DG safety advisor	This status is set if the dangerous goods have been entered correctly. The user who entered the file receives an email about the successful check of the file. The file is released for the emmployee. The dangerous goods button is locked.
GFSPZFOA Dangerous goods safety advisor approved without restrictions	This status is set if the dangerous goods have been entered correctly. The user who entered the file receives an email about the successful check of the file. The file is released for the employee. The dangerous goods button is locked. This status also indicates that there are no particular conditions that must be considered.
GFSPZFMA Dangerous goods safety advisor approved with restrictions	This status is set if the dangerous goods have been entered correctly. The user who entered the file receives an email about the successful check of the file. The file is released for the employee. The dangerous goods button is locked. This status indicates that there are one or more conditions that must be considered. Documents can be uploaded into the eFile by the dangerous goods safety advisor.

The following applies to all status types:

Only logins with the authorization object GFGUTREF can select this status.
The Authorization checkbox is activated for this status type.
You can enter a memo with the memo feature.
