Pls activate the checkbox Adresses per client:

Header data in General company parameter

Please make the same entry for all clients in the field Addresses in BASIC DATA COMPANY → GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER, e.g. 000.

CargoSoft then enters 000 into the Client field in adr_t when you enter addresses.

Enter the number of the client which you would like to access at GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → field Addresses.

This achieves the separation of addresses per company!

CargoSoft saves the client from the Addresses field in adr_t.

The address numbers may exist multiple times on the database – D 4711 – Paul Newman for client 001 and D 4711 – Carl Miller for client 002.

If you work with the partial client dependency in CargoSoft, the address itself only exists once on the database.

IIn the address header of the Clients tab, you can define which clients will be able to access this address.

→ The advantage is that there is only this one address on the database but that you can still deposit different data per client.

For this, make the same entry, e.g. 000, for all clients into the field Addresses at BASIC DATA COMPANY → GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER.
Activate the checkbox Addresses per client ...
... to release the Clients tab in the Addresses

A client MUST then be inserted in the Clients tab in order to be able to save the address.

It is still possible to find the address without the entry on the Clients tab.
The shipment entry, however, requires the entry of the client.
