Integrate the AFR Filing tab into the Seafreight module

The tab must be integrated via basic data Order tab in order to be available in the file

Record the NVOCC code

The transmission requires a NVOCC code, which is assigned by NACCS.

This code must be recorded in the basic data DAKOSY.

ADMIN → STATUS TYPES → STATUS EVENTS

Create status events

Status codes required for provider AFR are recorded in the status events.

Per status code you can determine the recipients of emails about the status.

You can also record fills-field rules or your own status types.

ORDER → PACKAGING CODES

Record packaging codes

For AFR Filing the packaging code must be recorded in the basic data.

→ The field UN packing type for AFR Filing must be filled in.
