Selection for pre-assigned addresses

This command is used to pre-assign the addresses in the FCR form.

This setting applies to the entire client and is usually only made once.

Pre-assign addresses for this FCR

This command is used to update the preallocation for the current FCR.

The field Version indicates the priority of the goods description version.
The valid values are M, H, B.

If this field is not filled, version [B] automatically applies.

Automatic preallocations in the FCR

  • Delivery term: The delivery term text from the order is accepted into the second line.

  • Insurance value: The insurance value and currency are accepted from the Statistic tab tab.

  • Place and date: Your branch and the current date.

  • Stamp and signature: These fields are pre-assigned with your branch.

  • With the context menu you can manually pre-assign the goods description according to priority with a maximum of two levels.

Goods FCR sub tab

  • The second level is indented in the print. This is indicated in the Level column.

  • Long text lines can be entered by activating the checkbox Text.

  • If possible, the packaging description are translated to English.

  • Line backgrounds of a different color indicate the print of a second page.

Capitalization

A checkmark in Capitals only allows capital letters.

Context menu options in the FCR

Addresses can be added to the FCR form by means of the context menu item Selection for pre-assigned addresses.

This setting applies to the entire client and is usually only made once.

Select the local menu item Pre-assign addresses for this FCR to update the preallocation for the current FCR.

The Version field indicates the priority of the goods description version. Valid values are M, H, B. If this field is left blank, Version [B] applies.
