Use Status monitor - autom. Output

You can see entries of the table in order processing → Extras menu → System administration → Status monitor - auto. Output.

Attention: The menu entry is only available if all programs/tasks are closed!

Enter your search criteria in the upper area and use the F3 key to start the search.
Additional search criteria are displayed when the burger menu is pressed.

To directly edit an entry click into the line/data set in a field and change the content.

After that click File → Save to save the alteration.

To edit more than one entry set a hook in front of each line in the checkbox.

Then, after clicking on [advanced editing], you can open an editing window to fill or modify the desired fields.

Afterwards, save your changes.

With a click on Output New or Output OK you can quickly change the status.

If no e-mail address has been stored in the address of the invoice recipient for sending, an e-mail will still be created via CargoCom.

This data record then runs into an error and there is an error message in CargoComs CS Output.

The missing email address can be added in the Auto. Output Status monitor.

To do this, click on the line of the faulty file and activate the [Advanced editing...] function in the lower area.

Enter the e-mail address manually in the Recipient field.

Subsequently, set the output status of the file to output new.

Now CargoCom retrieves the data record again and sends the e-mail to the stored address.
