Orders are generated for sorting into the eFile in CSAUSGABE.

CargoCom: Archive

Orders are generated for sorting into the archive path in CSAUSGABE.

CargoCom: Print

Orders are created for printing in CSAUSGABE.

Evaluation of the table entries

Cargocom evaluates entries that are written to the table csausgabe_t.

The status_output field indicates which action is to take place:

No table entries are deleted.

You can see entries of the table in order processing → Extras menu → System administration → Status monitor - auto. Output.

  • Enter your search criteria in the upper area and use the F3 key to start the search.

  • The search result of entries in csausgabe_t is displayed.

  • The entry advanced editing image-20240403-101931.png

    opens the detail area per entry.

Cargocom prints: Optional separation by client and branch

In the Cargocom Registry it is possible to enter additional entries for clients and branches.

Multiple clients and branches can be entered with semicolon as separation.

Display of the user name in the print order

The CargoSoft username is displayed in the print order window.

Print parameters adjustable under one minute

By means of start parameters it can be set that the working frequency of CargoCom can be under one minute (default).

Start parameter for this is: start cargocom.exe /Timer:10

Here CargoCom would process its orders every 10 seconds.

Control of test prints for print monitoring

It is possible to perform a periodic printer test in CargoCom.

The complete printing process is run through from the print call to the fictional print.

The following parameters are necessary for this:

  • auto_restart_nr → Please enter the csausgabe_t.nr of the test document. Please separate multiple documents with semicolons.

  • auto_restart_interval_min → Please enter the desired time interval of the print test.

Sending documents by e-mail

In order to optimize the sending of e-mails from the system, it is possible to control it via CargoCom.

This applies to forms that are created via the following tabs in a position:

  • Forms

  • Bills of lading

  • Waybills

  • Invoice

  • Services

For this purpose, an e-mail must be generated via File → Send to → eMail after the document has been created.

To be able to use this function, please activate the checkbox Mailing via CargoCom in the master data COMPANY → MAIL.

Attention: This function cannot be used via the menu Extras → eMail!

The document appears in the e-mail in the tab E-mail as an attachment and cannot be opened here yet!

Only when the e-mail is sent via CargoCom, the system automatically creates the file.

As usual, additional files from the eFile can also be attached to the e-mail in the Forms tab. These can be opened immediately.
