You can add or deduct any variable X from the date.

Automatic entry

The current date is pre-assigned as the order date if this function is activated in the basic data → Order data 2 tab in GEN COMPANY PARAMETER.

Edit month fields

Similar to the [t] function for the date entry, CargoSoft provides an [m] function to enter the accounting period or service month. Enter [m] to pre-assign the current accounting period or service month.

Example

A search over the previous 6 posting periods can be constructed as follows:

m1

 Next accounting period / service month

m-1

 Previous accounting period / service month

>=m1

 Future or current accounting period / service month

m-6:m6

 Previous 6 accounting periods / service months until next 6 accounting periods / service months
