Toolbar

The toolbar displays all commands that are available within the selected  tab. The tabs (File, Edit, Environment, Module tab, Extras, Help) provide a number of different symbols.

The commands are displayed as buttons/icons. Most of them are independent programs that are described separately.

Every symbol has a tooltip, which can be displayed via Mouse over. The terms tooltip and mouseover are used synonymously in this web help.

The symbols are displayed in a ribbon bar, i.e. every symbol is located in a tab which contains related symbols and icons.

Some buttons provide further programs/commands/functions.

Symbols displayed in gray are inactive in this mask and cannot be selected.

Footer

The blue footer contains

  • the login,

  • the client,

  • the branch of the user, and

  • information on the available search functions

Note

Information about system resources:

The footer turns red in case of a system overload, i.e. 80% of the capacity. This new field, which indicates that the system resources used by CargoSoft are nearly exhausted, is meant to prevent system crashes and data loss. Please save your file as soon as this warning appears. Close order files that are no longer used or other opened modules or tabs. This releases system resources and allows the user to continue the work process.

Display of the client in the footer

After a change of client (Menu Extras→ Change of client), the footer will display the new client.

We recommend to regularly double check your current client when working with multiple clients.
