Set up CEP service provider

Enter EDI partner SENDIT
The transmission to service providers requires the EDI partner SENDIT.
Enter SENDIT as description.
In the addresses of the CEP service providers, this EDI partner is the Reference field → see below under sub-tab EDI references.

Create service provider codes
On the Services tab → Overview tab, all CEP service providers used should be made available for selection in the Transport type field.
When selecting the CEP service provider, the service provider address should automatically be pre-assigned.
The EDI partner [SENDIT] is stored in the service provider address.
The EDI partner is used by the interface.
The service provider codes for the selection in the field Mode of transport are recorded as follows:

Since the codes assigned here are used for additional filter functions, the following codes must be assigned:
DHLÂ Â Â Â Â = DHL
Hellmann = HEL
FedEx    = FED

Record CEP service provider as addressÂ
Please enter the address of the service provider in the address basic data.
If you work with classifications, these can be marked as CEP service providers on the General tab → Classifications sub-tab.

Qualify CEP service provider as EDI partner
All addresses that are CEP service providers must be marked in the address.
Enter the Reference SENDIT and the qualifier [TPKPF] in the sub-tab EDI references in ADDRESSES, so that the EDI partner is automatically preset when this address is used.

Pre-assign service providers address
The preallocation of the service provider address can be configured in basic data COMPANY → SERVICES.
The service provider should be pre-assigned automatically on the Services tab once you select the service type [KEP] and a mode of transport (e.g. DHL).
This setting is made per
mode (AIR, SEA…)Â
sector (E, I..), and
mode of transport (KEP).
