The menu item Addresses in Menu Extras → Addresses opens the search for addresses in the basic data.

Context menu in the search criteria

The context menu provides commands to create an address list or security report.

Address list

The address list can be printed in the Extras menu as well as in the address basic data.

  • The context menu item Address list opens another search mask, which only refers to the criteria of the address list.

  • After having entered your criteria, you can assign a report title and print the list.

The report adressliste.rpt displays the search result with one line per address (to enable a better export to e.g. Excel).

  • The report ID is ADRLISTE.

Address label

The command Address label is used to print address labels.

Release credit limit

If a credit limit check is carried out during order processing, you can use this program and appropriate authorization to release the order address for further order processing.
