Print references in AWB

You have the option to print the references of an address in the AWB (see setting in the AWB Control tab). The print is carried out in the goods description, column Nature of Goods.

Copy feature of external text fields

If you are working with reference types in the address references (codes_t > type = QUA), there is the option to insert address references from Excel via menu Paste or CTRL-V.

You have two options:

  • One Excel column with multiple lines: the data will be transferred to the ‘Reference’ line.
If entered in the first line, this reference type will be used as the default value for all references.

  • Two or more Excel columns: the first column is transferred to the reference type, the second column to the reference.
The reference type will only be transferred if stored in the basic data.

Forms

Entered reference numbers can also be printed in other forms, e.g. in the invoice for the client.

Reference search criterion

All entered data can be used as search criteria to find orders.

The mask only displays ONE reference line. Confirm the icon with double click or F2. An info mask appears, displaying a roll area for references and dates.

Click 'Add line' to add any number of lines to enter multiple references.

Accept all references via hotkey

When using the Hotkey (A1, A2, etc.) for order addresses, all existing references are automatically pre-assigned in the corresponding address field.

Keeping references upon address modification

When modifying an address, a selection window pops up, asking to keep the entered references.
By clicking No, the references are completely cleared. If you confirm the query, the references of the old address will be added to the new address.
