Open

Use formsets in the order

In the order, formsets are available on the Forms tab → Formsets sub tab.

Open the dropdownlist of all available formsets.

Select a formset to see all forms that it contains.

Print formset in the order

Print a formset by clicking on the icon next to the formset.

Collective print of all forms in a set

Click on the button to print the corresponding forms collectively.

Formsets that are attached to the customer address and/or the place of receipt

You can attach formsets to an address in the basic data or to a place of receipt in the address.

If this address is indicated as the customer in the header data, the system suggests the formset stored in the basic data.

Seafreight: Formset at address and location

In the Seafreight module, you can attach formsets to the location code of the port of discharge.

In this case, the system suggests the formset related to the location code used in the order and stored in the address basic data of the customer.

Airfreight: Attached formset to airport

In the Airfreight module, you an attach formsets to the airport of arrival.

The system suggests the formset related to the airport stored in the AWB data of the airfreight order.

Address partner details

Via the address: The entry of the fax number or e-mail address is made by entering the address partners.
If this address is indicated as the customer, the form entry is made in the order.
