ECM-Basic data tab

The basic data program is divided into three sections:

The upper section contains a search field. Here you can search for basic data of a specific client.
Press F3 to start the search.

The middle section contains fields for data entry.
          You can add or insert, copy or delete lines via the local menu.

The lower section displays the entered datasets again. Here you can make changes for multiple datasets at once.

→ Modifications must be saved.
    Save via the menu File → Save or click on the save icon.

Mapping billing codes and ECM preallocations tabs

This tab is divided into two sections:

1. The upper section contains search fields.
   Press F3 to start the search.

2. The lower section contains fields for data entry.
   Here you can add or insert, copy or delete lines via the context menu.

Using TMS packaging codes

In Packaging codes in ORDER please make sure to set the pallet indicator for pallets and enter the container ISO code for containers.

The FCL rate is attached to the ISO code.

Without these entries it is not possible to work effectively with these packaging units in GLA.
