Open

Create a form set

Open basic data ADMIN → Forms → Form sets and select File → New to create a new form set.

Single forms that were created in the form generator can be compiled to a set, i.e. the form set.

Formset	Here you can select the alphanumeric matchcode for the form set.
Description	Enter a descripton that will later serve to identify the set.
Forms Manually add forms	On the Forms tab you can compile the relevant forms. These must already be recorded as forms.. Please open the search function... … and search for all available forms or for those of your sector only. → The result lists the forms of the form generator. If you are familiar with the matchcode of the form, you can also manually enter this code and leave the field by pressing the TAB key.
Accept	Select a form by clicking on it with the left mouse key and confirm with the button Accept.
	After the selected form has been accepted, the matchcode of the form and the other fields will appear on the Forms tab.
Add line	Press the TAB key or select the local menu item Add line to add additional forms.
Language	Add one of the available language codes.
Output service	Output via
to address	Select email addresses via addresses: The address can be filled with form addresses F1-F4. Addresses F1-F4 are those addresses that are pre-assigned for every form in the order on the tab Forms/Addresses. The addresses are determined in the main settings in the form generator. The fax number or email address can be filled via entry of the address partner. Open

Attach form sets to customer addresses or locations

In ADDRESSES form sets can be attached to an address and to a place of receipt within the address.

If the address is marked as customer in the header data, the form set that is recorded for the customer (and the location) is pre-assigned on the tab Forms → FormSet.

Attach form sets to port of discharge

If the location code from the address header data of the customer is entered as port of discharge, the form set recorded in the basic data is pre-assigned automatically.  Auftraggebers als Löschhafen

Attach form sets to airports

In the airfreight module form sets can also be recorded in the receiving airport.

Select an airport via the airport 3-letter-code in the menu AIRFREIGHT → AIRPORTS. Enter an existing form set for this receiving airport into the field Form set.

Remove single forms from a form set

Open the Edit tab of the form set and select the local menu item Delete line to remove a form.

Delete a form set    

• The button Delete line in the Edit menu and

• Alt + L

remove every selected line in the search result.

Copy form sets

Form sets and all attached forms can be copied using the button Copy line the Edit menu.
Please enter a new matchcode.

Select the relevant form set in the search result, click the button and enter a new matchcode and description for the new form set.

You have the option to

• keep,

• delete,

• add to,

• or change the details of

the forms listed on the sub tab Forms.
