Enter your search criteria and start the search with the F3 key or the button Refresh/Search.

Activate the checkbox Processed? to search for datasets that have already been imported.

The fields EDI Receiving Date (edi_empfdat), EDI Receiving Time (edi_empfzeit) and EDI Received from (edi_sender) can be added to the result as well.

If a dataset has been transmitted via Office2Office, these fields are filled and displayed automatically. During an Office2Office transmission, documents with activated checkbox C2C from the eFile of the sent service order are copied into the eFile of the EDI dataset.

Result

Select the data record and process the data as explained in Functions in context menu of EDI mailbox.
