Program Release credit limit
The entry Release credit limit allows authorized employees to modify a credit limit (requires authorization objects).
The aim is to release an address so that it can be accepted into a new file.
The release is only made for the address field in which the address is to be entered.
Release an address for a file
The release function also offers the option of releasing an address independently from the workplace, e.g. if the employee who is authorized for the release would like to do so from his own workplace.
This can be done with Release credit limit.
The release refers to order addresses.
The system checks again upon entry of an outgoing invoicing.
Authorization for credit limit release
Releasing an address does not require an additional authorization. The authorization object KREFREIG is not necessary for this purpose, either!
Select the relevant file in the search mask and press F3.
A search mask opens. Here you can search for addresses that have already been released.
New address!
You need to make a new entry to release an address.
Select File → New or click the button New.
Enter the file number and address.
Click File → Save or the Save button.
The fields for file number and address do have search and validity check functions.
The remark field is for free text entry.
