This setting defines which qualifiers of the order container will be transferred into a service order and which qualifiers are allowed to be entered.

Depending on the type of order or service, the following columns are enabled or disabled as required and optional fields.

  • Service = These qualifiers are transferred from the order container to a service order and may be recorded as qualifiers.

Mode

  • If service → disabled

 

Sector

  • If service → required field

Select the sector for which the service order is to be created.

EDI partner

  • If service → optional field

 

Service type

  • If service → required field

Select the service type for which the service order is to be created.
