Filing a file in the eFile

With the CargoSteps service, a delivery receipt is automatically dropped in the e-file of the service order, as long as it has been sent as a photo with the DELIVERED status.

eFile in a service order and eFile in the order

You can copy one or more files from the eFile of the main order into the eFile of the service order.

→ Select the context menu item eFile from file.

A new mask opens.

Open

Use the checkboxes to determine which files you would like to transfer into the current service order.

Click OK.
